First of all we will be with you all along the process, so if you have questions just ask!
We will come meet with you and see your property, we will discuss comparibles and decided on a price together.
Next we need to gather information for the listing, we will measure, make notes, and have photos taken.
After that we will sign a Listing Contract and this will all be submitted to our Real Estate Board. It will then be published on realtor.ca, our website along with other real estate websites.
Your For Sale sign goes up!
We will perform advertising & marketing.
When Buyers want to see your house we will book a time for them to be taken through with their Realtor.
When we receive an offer there can be some back and forth between Buyers and Sellers in the negotiating process. Once there is agreement we have either a Conditional or Firm Sale.
A Conditional Sale is one that has a time frame attached to do a few due diligence items. Things like Financing, Home Inspections, Status Certificates to name a few. Once those Conditions are satisfied and waived the deal is then firm.
In this time frame there will be more to do with your Lawyers Office.
Then comes closing day.
