Alberta Canabiz has a suite of policies and procedures written to comply with Health Canada standards. Also, in compliance with Health Canada regulations, the company employs a cannabis tracking system that records plant/product movement from seed to sale and aligns with monthly reporting requirements. The facility is monitored and secured by a robust security system, also in compliance with Health Canadas rigorous security requirements. Two vaults are waiting to store your cannabis. Each of the two grow rooms have 30 lights and are capable of producing 2.5-4 lbs of dried cannabis, per light. The farm house was built in 2008; it is a 1558 square-foot walkout bungalow with a fantastic view of the river from the main living area and also has a front covered veranda. The house has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The main living area is open-concept in design with vaulted ceilings. The main-fl oor master bedroom is roomy enough for a king-size bed and includes a door onto a large deck overlooking the river, a walk-in closet and an ensuite with a double vanity, shower and corner soaker tub. The living room area has a gas fireplace with shelving on either side. The main floor includes one more bedroom, a full bathroom, laundry room (with sink) and a large mudroom closet with custom shelving. The walkout basement has underfloor heating and exits onto a large, covered patio. Two bedrooms, an office area, full bathroom, theatre room and games area with a wet bar complete this level.
